BCHS Students Attend Livestock and Dairy Skillathon at MSU Farms

Pictured above are Logan Jones and Tessia Welch, who attended the Livestock and Dairy Skillathon at MSU Farms with Mr. Jon Hammons. 

Tessia Welch won 5th place Dairy Judging Contest Senior Division.  Tessia also received 5th in the Reasons Class Senior Division and was awarded 5th Place Overall Individual in the Senior Division.

Logan Jones won 7th place in Dairy Judging Reasons Class Senior Division.  Logan also placed 7th place Overall in the Dairy Judging Contest Senior Division.


BATH COUNTY SCHOOLS DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS NOTICE

in accordance with district procedures and records retention guidelines, the following special education records housed at the Bath County Board of Education will be destroyed: Special Education Due Process Records for former students whose year of birth is 1994 or before. Any person desiring a copy of his or her records before destruction must contact Christina Grace at 606.674.6314 or e-mail christina.grace@bath.kyschools.us or contact in person at the Board Office no later than August 31, 2016. 

Please note that former students may need this information for Social Security, Disability or employment purposes at some point.


Cool School Summer Activities

Cool School Volunteer William Reed and Superintendent Harvey Tackett (pictured above) observe Cool School students as they decorate flower pots.  After decorating the pottery, the students will then plant seeds to watch them grow.


Cool School Machine Travels Again - New Locations Added - June 6 thru July 14

Bath County Schools are participating in the Summer Food Service Program from June 6, 2016 to July 15, 2016.
