Mrs. Jenna Ratliff-Ginter is a high school graduate of Menifee County and received her undergraduate degree at Morehead State University with a BA in Elementary Education in 2009. While teaching in the regular education classroom, she was given the opportunity to have a student with a visual impairment. After this experience, she found that her true calling was to become a teacher for the blind and visually impaired. She graduated from West Virginia University with her Masters in Special Education-Low Vision/Blindness. She has been working in the Bath County School district as the TBVI since 2012. She loves working with her students and seeing them progress and grow. Her, her husband and their son, Ryder Lee, all live on a horse farm in Montgomery County. She coaches a 4-H mounted drill team out of Bath County as well. She takes her team to various events including Equine Affair, Breyerfest, and numerous competitions. In her spare time, she likes to travel to warm beaches and barrel race.
