MAKO Labs Testing Dates

Dear Bath County Families,

We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with MAKO Labs to offer free Covid -19 testing for our students/staff at all of our school locations. Testing sites will be rotating to all the different schools, however, children enrolled in Bath County Schools and registered with MAKO Labs can be tested at any location.

Registration is easy! Just follow the directions on the back of this letter to register online. You will only need to register your child once and then they will be in the system. If you need help with this process please contact your school nurse.

In order for your child to receive a Covid-19 test at school:

  • You must have completed and signed the Consent Form for Voluntary Covid-19 Testing each time your child is tested.

  • A form has been provided for you to use at your convenience. If you need more consent forms please contact your school.

  • Send completed consent forms to your school nurse or take them to the testing location you are attending.

  • The school will only administer the Covid -19 test to children under the age of 18 with parental consent.
