I am a 1990 graduate of George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, KY. After graduating, I attended the University of Kentucky where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education, K-4. I obtained my Masters Degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
I began my career at the Mt. Sterling Christian School, teaching 2nd grade and then 3rd grade. I came to Bethel Elementary in 1997 and began teaching K-1. In 2009, I moved to Crossroads Elementary when it opened. I will begin my 22nd year in Bath County this year.
I love teaching young children! They are like little sponges and soak up everything! I love their excitement for learning and their love for life! Every day is different and I love coming to work with the kids in Bath County.
I live in Mt. Sterling, KY. I have been married for 22 years and have 2 children, Caleb and Caroline. Caleb is in the 10th grade at BCHS and Caroline is in the 7th grade at BCMS. My kids LOVE being a part of the Bath Co. School System!
